Stunning location in the heart of Madrid, the staff were exceptional and pleasant.

The accommodation had a very central location in the center. I had an incredible breakfast with local specialities.

The staff was very grumpy.

A great area, marvellous and unbeatable location just off a metro to get to the airport as well as a square with several restaurants right outside the door. Attractive deluxe queen room with balcony, chic atmosphere.  

We had the deluxe king room and it was modern and complete with a balcony and a sofa.

The staff was professional and so incredibly helpful, the accommodation was fancy and exceptionally clean. King room was neat and stylish with view over the lively plaza. The hotel was in the

My deluxe queen room had an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and air conditioning. The venue's position was very central. Distance to the airport was just 25 km.

Great location with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Loved the rooftop terrace, although it was a shame kids weren't allowed in the pool. The upgrade option was definitely worth it. Overall I highly recommend Mate hotels.
